This study contains four chapters as follows:Chapter One presents an overview and definitions of mathematical modeling, including the motivation, aim of the research work, methodology, and a review of the literature. Chapter Two provides an overview of the physiology involved in blood flow through circulation and the basic equations. Chapter Three addresses blood flow in cases of aortic enlargement. A mathematical model is developed to analyze and compute the pressure gradient, velocity, and flow rate of blood. The results, presented in tables and graphs, indicate that blood flow in such cases is disturbed. Chapter Four examines blood flow through aneurysmal arteries. A mathematical model has been developed to analyze blood flow through an artery with an aneurysm. The results show that an increase in the aneurysm size decreases the pressure drop along the artery.
