Dr. Dickson S.O. Owiti holds a PhD in Mathematics Education and is a DAAD scholar. Has over ten years of university teaching and research. Currently is a Senior lecturer in the department of education at Kisii university, Kenya.He is a reviewer and a member of editorial board in a number of international journals.
