Autorenporträt
This book was written for most anyone with kata in their martial arts system. Based upon the Historic Combative Analysis Method, Mr. Hayhurst developed during his research and thousands of hours in the dojo. This method takes into account a myriad of famous quotes of Okinawan Old School Karate Masters and their perspective on a very misunderstood training medium - Kata. Combined with research in over 50 Okinawan kata and their fighting methods. Seisan is in most Shurite and Tomari karate schools as well as early Tae Kwon Do and mainland Japanese Karate schools coming out of Shotokan and Chito-Ryu. To understand Seisan and its coding methods is to understand a vast majority of Okinawan Kata.
