Mr. Seger is a published author whose topics include the history of citizenship for women and an analysis of Lincoln's decisions. For the past six years his timely and instructional proposals which have highlighted new technologies and their cyber ethical implications have been chosen by the International Chair Leadership Academy for presentation at their annual International conferences.Bruce Seger is an author whose topics include the history of citizenship for women and an analysis of Lincoln's decisions. For the past six years his timely and instructional proposals, which have highlighted new technologies and their cyber ethical implications, have been chosen by the International Chair Leadership Academy for presentation at their annual International conferences.Recently, he was selected to be part of the team of DEG Productions to produce instructional paralegal videos. Throughout the video, he presents interesting cases and experiences from his personal legal practice to highlight the topics in his scripts.He has practiced law for over 25 years, and is an Instructional Technology and Cyber Ethics professor in the graduate program at the University of Bridgeport. He also holds a professorship in library science and paralegal studies at the State University of New York Suffolk County Community College. He has been awarded the Hugh Behymer Award of Academic Achievement from Long Island University Palmer School and the Idalynn Karre Exemplary Leadership Award from the International Chair Academy.
