Dr. Begum Ayesha Sultana Laskar has been awarded the degree of Ph.D by Gauhati University in 2011. She carried out her research under the supervision of Dr, Mazhar Asif of Persian Department of Gauhati University. She happened to be the best graduate in the Arts stream from Assam University, Silchar, India. She qualified for JRF,UGC.India.
