Maria Paola Poponi is a graduate in Languages and Modern Foreign Literature from the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy in Bologna, she is an editor at Manfredi Edizioni and Maretti Editore and the author of numerous books. Since 2011, she has been the curator of the Art and Starred Cuisine series Effusioni di Gusto (already on its sixth publication). Maria actively works with the Giorgio and Isa de Chirico Foundation in Rome (Maretti Editore) and VAF-Stiftung of Frankfurt am Main (Manfredi Edizioni).
