Kat and Kathy met freshman year at Ohio University and quickly became the best of friends. One spring break, they came up with a fun idea for a children's book and decided to write it together. Just twenty years later, they finally got around to doing it. When they're not busy procrastinating, Kathleen Byrnes works as a vocational consultant and lives in Ohio with her husband, Daniel, and children, Jack and Molly. Katherine Sternat is a producer at a video production company and lives in Texas with her fiancé, Vincent, and their dog, Sputnik.
