DEE LIVERS is retired and lives in Ellisville, Missouri, with her husband, Jerry. She is grandmother to the amazing Max and his wonderful sister, Eva. Max and Eva are the stars in all Dee's books. Dee began writing when she was a student in college. She loved to write poetry. Two of her poems were included in a Missouri University publication Years later, she wrote a poem that was published in the Liguorian Magazine and others that were included in an anthology entitled Lyrical Voices. As a former Montessori preschool teache Dee now enjoys writing books that teach as well as entertain. Maxwell and the Dragon is her sixth book.
