The author is an attorney admitted to practice law both in Zambia and in New York State.He obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the University of Zambia and obtained his Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) from Cornell University in New York State.He has also been a lecturer at the University of Zambia where he was Chief Judge of Moot Court.
