Author Pamela Traynor lives in New York's capital region. She has been an elementary school teacher for many years. Her favorite part of the school day is "read aloud" time when the class reads and talks about great books. These discussions have helped Pamela learn what kids love in the books they read. She applies this knowledge in her Glowing Mystery Series. These transitional chapter books for ages 7-10, use the right formula for hooking newly independent readers. When Pamela isn't wearing her teacher hat or author hat, she enjoys spending time with her furry, four-legged family members, gardening and playing pickleball.
