The Humanizing is Necessary Project has been running since 2013 with the aim of building a more humane school through pedagogical actions. They researched and studied bibliographical references on topics that involve the individual's relationship with the social environment, especially emphasizing the school environment, such as: bullying, cyberbullying, respect for others, violence against women, violence against the elderly, human diversity, gratitude, forgiveness, religious intolerance, among others.2. They learned how to organize a project.They learned how to organize a project and the importance of each stage, such as: general objective, specific objective, pedagogical roadmap, methodology, dynamics and application with team evaluation. 3. After structuring the project, they presented their ideas to their colleagues with a model for application to students in the early grades.
