Pankaj Kumar Tyagi is an accomplished academician, researcher, and consultant, presently working as Professor with Chandigarh University, Monali, India. He has more than 18 years of experience in the industry, teaching, training, consultancy, expertise in the travel process and disruptive technologies. Vipin Nadda is currently serving as Senior Lecturer and Programme Manager (Tourism & Hospitality) with the University of Sunderland in London. With more than twenty years of experience in academics and Industry, Dr Nadda has published seven books and presented papers in various international seminars and global conferences. Ajit Kumar Singh is an academician and researcher holding a PhD in Management from the Magadh University, Bodhgaya, India. With over 14 years of experience in teaching and training within the tourism and hospitality industry, he has authored more than 18 research papers which have been indexed in the quality database.
