The purpose of this study is to validate Corporate Social Responsibility measures in case of selected Textile and Garment firms in Ethiopia. 400 participants (male= 217 and female =183) were selected from ten Textile and Garment Firms in Ethiopia. Purposive sampling based on long experience, production capacity, market penetration, recent technology introduction, and investment from foreign source was employed to select the sample organization from target population. Some respondents selected purposively and some others were selected randomly. In this regard, Managers and employees were selected based on their work experience where as Customers were selected randomly. Researcher constructed questionnaire and experts review were the main data collection technique and Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) with structural equation modeling(SEM), and Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) with the help of STATA15 and SPSS20 software were used to analyze the data. The findings revealed that five constructs, namely Society_Environment, Ethical_Economic, Legal_Community, Consumer_suplier, and Employee constructs validly measure the CSR of Selected Textile and Garment Firms in Ethiopia.
