This book builds from academic work modeling effectiveness of Active Case Finding in Swaziland. A case for wide scale implementation of TB case finding in high burden developing countries is being made with the view to mobilize multilateral and bilateral organizations to lend the necessary support to the developing world to fight the scourge. With the current high morbidity and mortality rates related to TB world wide, it is more prudent now than ever for global think tanks to join hands with developing countries' researchers in finding solutions to the dual TB and HIV epidemics. Active TB Case Finding may as well be the corner stone in finding the undiagnosed cases in the developing world and ensuring universal access to TB treatment as per the END-TB strategy 90-90-90 targets. He holds a Masters in Public Health and a Graduate Certificate in Global Health both from the University of Kentucky, United States and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of Swaziland.
