The mostly valued word "Library" comes from Latin word "Libraria". The fundamental perspectives of library are as follows (1) a library is the place where books papers and others materials are collected and gathered; (2) those books papers and others materials are for public utilization (Huang, 1995). From this point, though library is a non-profitable organization, it should be more concerned on how to bring more satisfactory services when offering information and data to readers. Hence, 'user satisfaction' is what librarians always devote efforts to pursue. User satisfaction comes from qualified information service, which is based on whether readers are satisfied or not. Therefore, to satisfy the users is to provide information services that meet user's expectations and fulfill their needs. When users are not satisfied, it is inferred that there is something wrong with the targeted library.
