Er hat mit seinem Team aus dem »Haus Hiltl« einen angesagten Ort für gesunden Genuss und vielfältiges Erlebnis gemacht. 1973 geboren. Seit über 20 Jahren arbeitet Sylvan Müller als Fotograf. Viel beachtet sind seine Langzeitprojekte wie das »Japan?Kochreisefotobuch«, »Mama kocht« oder »Das kulinarische Erbe der Alpen«. Seine Bilder bestechen durch einen unaufgeregten und unendlich reduzierten Stil.
