Yesenia Ledezma, has a degree in Public Administration, graduated from the University of Costa Rica, with a master's degree in Innovation and Technology Management from the National University. She has specialized in the subject of administrative contracting since 1999, and is currently a regular facilitator on the subject for public officials.
