Dr. K H Kabi is an associate professor and head of the Department of Mass Communication at Rajiv Gandhi Central University, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. Dr. S N Pattnaik is a media educator and having more than 25 years experience in the field of journalism and communication.
