Dr. Hind Abbas Hilmi is an assistant professor of Political Communication; A well-seasoned media analyst and researcher, worked as a national consultant to World Bank and Nile Basin Initiative Sudan. She was selected by Japan Foundation International Intellectual Exchange. Currently, she is heading the Department of Communication, CAS, Nizwa, Oman.
