With the reforms that have taken place in Brazilian education, especially since the 1990s, the discussion about the inclusion of media in education, as an important element for improving the quality of teaching, is present in the initiatives of the various spheres of public power. These are operational, political-administrative and initial and continuing teacher training obstacles, as well as a lack of space and the scrapping of instruments due to the lack of maintenance in schools.
