Nigeria witnessed the outbreak of the Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza in 2006. The disease threatened the means of livelihood of millions of Nigerians who were directly engaged in the poultry business. Dr.Soji Alabi attended the University of Lagos,where he obtained first and second degree in Mass Communication. He obtained a Ph.D in Agricultural Communication from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta,Ogun State,Nigeria.He is presently a lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication, University of Lagos.
