Shorttitle: MLE is a Fulcrum to Learn. The way we were teaching cannot be the sole way to bring changes in self and others any longer. The way we teach and learn needs redefinition to initiate sustainable changes. Otherwise, we remain trying to solve our current problems using the tools of yesterday, which may not provide us with the result that is different from that of yesteday. I used to think about doing some new things to the way Ethiopian schools are accustomed to teach and, finally I learned from the works of professor Feuerstein that MLE could serve this purpose. Due to this, I devoted my time to reading into MLE and decided to make an experiment on students' locus of control, self efficacy belief,and oral communication.
