Produktbeschreibung
The exposition of this book has as a starting point two perspectives that are rare from the medical analysis: 1. The projectile by firearm retained in the body and its relation when generating a lead intoxication, and 2. The ñeucoencephalopathy of Evanescent White Substance and its effect when receiving a cranial encephalic trauma. In relation to lead and firearm bullets or projectiles when fired from the barrel of a firearm, lead is not exclusive to these objects and can even be located in environmental contamination. However, history has documented and modified the way in which this chemical element can generate an intoxication: the analysis documented in this book aims to exemplify whether lead poisoning is possible in a subject with the projectile retained in an area of bone and exemplifies the possibility of poisoning when the bullet is lodged in the bone tissue, as in other areas. The medical-legal analysis of the evanescent white matter disease as a state, values the interpretation of its relationship with the cranial brain trauma as an entity that alters its clinical evolution.
