Thus, thirteen pathogenic bacteria are studied belonging to different groups: Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Enterococcus, Pneumococci, Neisseria meningitidis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Vibrio cholerae, Yersinia pestis, Bacillus anthracis, Clostridium botulinum, Clostridium tetani, Clostridium perfringens, Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium leprae. And finally, Methods for diagnosing bacterial infectious diseases are described.
