When he was just sixteen years old, the product of a life that had not given him the skills to make good choices, K.D. Solstice killed a man. He made a wrong choice, and the consequence was a sentence of life in prison. But even under such dire circumstances, he knew that he still had a precious gift: he was alive, and as long as he had that, it was up to him to start making right choices, and to make them again and again, even when it was hard to do. From the first moments in his cell, he chose to educate himself, and to be a model prisoner. Meet a Murderer is the story of his lifelong journey to redemption, through accepting Jesus Christ as his savior and striving in every way to be the best man he could be, despite the crushing burden of his past. After ten years in prison, at the age of twenty-six, he was paroled ... but his deepest test of faith would come years later when he applied for an official pardon. Open this honest, moving, remarkable memoir, and be inspired by the story of a man who genuinely learned from his worst mistake.
