BETH-SARAH WRIGHT, PhD, is an author, speaker, and co-founder of Thrive With Dignity, LLC. She is a contributing author to the worldwide publication Forward Day by Day, daily inspirational meditations. She is the author of eight books. She is currently the Director of Enrollment Management at Holy Innocents' Episcopal School in Atlanta and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Emory School of Medicine. Beth-Sarah is originally from Jamaica and has lived and studied worldwide, from Edinburgh, Scotland, to San Juan, Puerto Rico. She and her husband Rob, reside in Atlanta, GA, and they are parents to five children.
