For Timeko L. Whitaker, there is power in authenticity. She shares her life-changing philosophy with clients and audiences across the globe, empowering them to reach higher heights, embrace their core values and achieve goals with her presentations and workshops designed to inspire, motivate and teach. As a trainer, speaker, coach, author, and retired US military veteran, she is equipped to develop and train worldwide leaders and individuals alike, challenging all to live an authentic life of purpose. She is a certified John Maxwell Team Member, Speaker, Trainer and Coach, Founder and CEO of Authentic Identity Coaching, LLC and a certified Human Behavior Consultant specializing in (DISC) profiles. Timeko has dedicated her business to helping all discover the power of authenticity. The guiding concepts of her mission are leadership, devotion and servitude. Combining the keystones of military service, including Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Honor, Integrity, Selfless Service and Personal Courage with key John Maxwell training principles, she shares wisdom and practical, applicable steps for those seeking personal and professional growth. Through her company, Authentic Identify Institute, Timeko certifies others to become coaches and human behavior consultants. After retiring from the U.S. Army in 2008, Timeko joined her husband, Eric Whitaker, in 10 years of Pastoral service, serving God through serving others. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and a Master's Degree in Theology. Timeko is the managing editor of Hidden Identity and a contributing author of The Power of Mentorship with notable authors including Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy and others. She has coached both men and women to achieve their goals of becoming first time authors. Under her leadership, her publishing company has published over 60 first time authors.
