Henry (Huard, Norman Henry) has a 32-year teaching career: 6 to high school and elementary students, 10 to grade 1 children, and 16 to reader's and writer's workshop, computer science and visual arts in high school.Studying stained-glass window design, cartoon animation, and contemporary art styles influences the digital illustrations in his books. A former back-to-the-lander, bee keeper, tree farmer, Norm still has the gift to witch for water.A writer's workshop student gifted him a leather-bound notebook of blank pages and told him to write a story. He did. Thirteen notebooks and 1333 handwritten pages later, Norm had the foundation of The Dragon's Game books, his six-book fantasy series.Appreciating how people, young and old, are wired to love stories, inspired Norm to publish a children's fable, How Eagle, Crow and Turtle Got Their Colors, along with the audio-book he narrates, and its complementary companion coloring book.His latest children's book is Melanie's Monster, which he offers in e-Book, paperback, hardcover and soon, audio-book formats in English and French versions.
