Siomara è biologa, ricercatrice presso la UERJ, insegnante iscritta alla FGV, Master in Biologia Cellulare e Molecolare (Fisiologia Vegetale/PUCRS) e Dottorato in Scienze (Monitoraggio Ambientale/UERJ). Leandro è un biologo, professore aggiunto presso il PUCRS, con un master in Scienze Biologiche (UFRGS), un dottorato in Scienze Biologiche (Botanica/USP) e un post-dottorato presso la KSU.
