The project is based on the development of membrane explantodrainage technology. Advantages of their use as a promising method for treatment of refractory forms of glaucoma are argumentative. The physical and chemical nature has been substantiated and the choice of polymeric materials for the production of composite membrane explantodrainage has been made, its geometrical characteristics have been determined, the porous structure of each component of the composite product has been calculated on the basis of physiological functional data. The functional and technological scheme of production has been developed. Optimal technological parameters of each of the production stages are determined. Main and auxiliary equipment, automatic control and regulation devices are calculated and selected. Effective membrane methods have been used to produce deionization water, as well as to remove residual substances used at production stages and by-products of flowing reactions. Energy and material costs have been determined. The economic indicators of the cost and competitiveness of products are calculated.
