Patrick G. Cendes is a real estate executive moonlighting as a first-time author. Patrick is President of Real Estate at Totteridge Properties, one of the fastest growing residential developments in the Pittsburgh area. A dual citizen of the United States and Hungary, Patrick had completed his MBA at the Corvinus University of Budapest. He is happily married with his lovely Hungarian wife Orsolya. An avid golfer, Patrick is also fluent in Hungarian.
