A native of Richmond City, VA, Jeffrey grew up on the city's east end. Born on 32nd St. and raised in the Mosby Court projects, Jeffrey walked both sides of the fence. After a life of crime he decided that the street wasn't a life for him. He's a devoted enthusiast in education as well as a humanitarian. Jeffrey legally changed his name to shalom to reflect his semitic roots. Shalom now is the CEO of Reviving Human Beings in Atlanta Mission, Inc.
