The Bruja Collection is the second volume in the series Out of the Coloured Box, an actual chest in which the author, over some fifty years in the UK, had thrown scribbles on paper, fiction half-written or written but unpublished, poems read at literary events, drafts of papers presented at universities, and so on. Those scribbles were in addition to what the author refers to as the Archive in My Head. The general theme of the work is an exploration of some aspects of loveaspects which bring joy to some people, pain to others, and even death (or the appearance of being alive while actually being dead inside).…mehr

Petronella Breinburg a Surinamese -Creole, originally from the Dutch speaking area in South America . Higher Education in Europe, UK and Amsterdam, has street in Sheffields Pits-moor District in UK is named after her Dr Breinburg Court ,for her work with the Sheffield District Caribbean Society. A Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG), she has a list of books for children and young people and has her plays performed in Theatre-in-Education. While a senior lecturer she received in 2005 the Gold Award from GLEU Goldsmiths University for her 50 years of Innovative Teaching and Learning.
