Although written in a different age, his astute observations of life, expressed in his poetry, remain relevant even in current times. Whilst in his short story you get a sense of nostalgia for the times that once were. Joe hasn't lost his inspiration and is still creating; his pen is still very much at work. This isn't Joe's first book, and something tells me that this won't be his last.
