Autorenporträt
Michael Z. Lewin is an award-winning novelist and short story writer. He first came to the attention of the mystery world with his Indianapolis-set series about private detective, Albert Samson. Indy policeman Leroy Powder soon followed. Mike has also written stand-alone mysteries set in Indiana, where he grew up, as well as a series of novels and stories set in Bath, England, where he lives now. The Bath works follow the adventures of a detective agency run as a family business. Other books include a novel narrated by God, and a short story collection narrated by a stray dog. In 2021 he completed a short dystopian novel and a long dick-lit novel. His work, including some of thirteen radio dramas written for the BBC, has been widely translated. After graduating high school in Indianapolis Mike moved to New York when he was eighteen. A decade later he moved even farther east to England. More information about his life and oeuvre can be found at www.MichaelZLewin.com. He has a presence on Facebook as Michael Z Lewin but is not very active there.
