Lucas Gottzén is Professor at the Department of Child and Youth Studies, Stockholm University, Sweden. Margunn Bjørnholt is a sociologist and a Research Professor at the Norwegian Centre for Violence and Traumatic Stress Studies (NKVTS) in Oslo, Norway.
