Petra Coveney is the founder and creator of Menopause Yoga(TM), the world's first specific style of yoga practice and teacher training course to support women on their journey from peri-menopause to post-menopause. Petra is a Senior Teacher and Trainer for the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals, and has been a member of the British Menopause Society for health practitioners since 2017. She lives in Hove, UK.
