Mark leaves prison, stops drinking and begins attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, and still pursues Lauren despite another man entering her life. Born in Montreal, Canada. Did a lot of swimming when he was young, winning the 1 mile open swimming race on 1940. Graduated from Kingston Collegiate. Was in the Canadian Army for 6 years in World War II. While on the way to England during the battle of Britain a ship he was on with 1000 soldiers was torpedoed causing the deaths of 75% of all on board. He served in Ireland, England, Wales, Scotland, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt, Sicily, Italy, France, Belgium, Holland, and Germany. After getting out of the army he moved to and lived in New York city for 50 years in which he was a Controller at an Architectural firm for 18 years and with Tectonic Environment for 19 years. Having acquired the writing bug he turned his hand to writing and moved to Glens Falls, N.Y. where he continued to work on a book of his days in WWII and Mental Telepathy Affair Diary.
