Diana Ferrare-Magaldi is an American author, screenwriter, voice actor, artist, and real estate professional. She resides in Southern California with her husband and is blessed with children and grandchildren. She is also a Christian and a cancer survivor.Diana draws inspiration from the Bible and Arthurian legends, kings, queens, Celtic folklore, and fairy magic. She studies the formulas and guidelines of storytelling from books written by Joseph Campbell and Blake Snyder.The lingering effects of cancer treatments inspired Diana to create a bath salt remedy for healing the body, mind, and soul called Oceans of Potions Bath. As she painted the four creatures for the label, they told their inspirational tale. Diana captured every word. It was the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Diana asked herself, "What story could I write that would expose the truth and express the collective isolation and fear we all felt? Is there an answer or solution?" It was time to tell their story: Merlinda and the Secret Scrolls.
