Nightmares and scars remain the only fragments of a Summer veiled by death. As Autumn dawns, Natasha and Yuuta are left to fend for their sanity in a world that pulls them back to their demanded destiny. Shattered fragments are forced together in this tale as the search for a missing little girl brings the world of the living to the crossing of the spirit. ¿ In this twisted continuation of the story of Meshkwadoon, there is no escape from the monsters whose exaltations are through the offerings of the flesh.

Autorenporträt
I'm a Canadian from Toronto, Ontario. I was born in Oshawa, Ontario in 1990. I published my first novel of a literary fiction/folk horror/anti-colonial/magical realism series called Meshkwadoon on December 2021, where the second novel of four is due for publishing early 2023. Meshkwadoon: Book 1 won the 5-star gold award through Literary Titan. I avidly write poetry, and have an unpublished collection that I will likely eventually share...who knows. I am also working on a literary fiction novella and a steam punk action-adventure story. My writing journey began as early as I can remember, although I had a very severe tendency (still do) to withhold my explorations and creations from other's eyes. I honed my craft by reading excessively. I consumed everything I could. Lord of the Rings is a literary meal I enjoyed at least 10 times before I was fifteen. I read a lot of literary fiction, Anne Rice, Shakespeare, poetry, and explored indie writing by reading and producing materials on internet forums from when I was 12 to 20. By 20 I lost the belief that writing was practical and continued on with my life's journey. I joined the Canadian Armed Forces at 22, but voluntarily released at the end of my 5-year contract. I started my Bachelor of Arts and Humanities degree in parallel with my CAF job... Writing came back to me like a slap in 2019 and now I write what comes into my heart/head, with a lens of pure psychological empathy. I love rolling syntax, and seek to produce writing that is dark, but beautiful.Although I don't consider myself a writer of horror, or am even any kind of connoisseur on the genre, my writing tends to draw on dark aspects as an act of cathartic creativity. I am overly fond of researching matters of the occult, and spend lots of my time studying world religions, mythological constructs, and supernatural concepts/creatures. I write what I'd want to read, as I imagine most writer's likely do. I'm not a marketing professional. I just write things that I feel would come to life when read off of paper, and if someone reads those things I've written, all the merrier. Please enjoy anything I publish here, or anywhere else, with an open mind. I invite all notations, comments, and queries on my writing and anything I produce whether via email or through Instagram (below). I truly appreciate rich, critical, and constructive feedback. Despite all of the above and my methodical writing tendencies, I am a severe free-spirit. I am open to all opinions, backgrounds, and perspectives!
