- In this study we can recycle of polyurethane waste products by glycoliseis of polyurethane by different molecular weight of polyethylene glycol (400,600,1500,4000,6000 MWt).- We hydroliseis of vegetable oil to produce their fatty acid mixture.- We esterification of glcolyzed polyurethane (400,600,1500,4000,6000 MWt ) by using oleic acid,linoleic acid, castor fatty acids, rapeseed fatty acids and coconut fatty acids to produce GPUO,GPUL,GPUA,GPUB and GPUC.- We prepared different formula of metal working cutting fluids by mixing distilled water with vegetable oil with different prepared emulsifier and tween 80 as co emulsifier as experimental above .- After prepared different formula of metal working cutting fluids we study Tribological properities of it (Corrosion Inhibition Properties ,Kinematic viscosity ,Emulsion stability ,Surface tension ,pH values ,Specific Gravity) and Studies of dynamic light scattering .- In case of castor oil the values of kinematic viscosities for formulated cutting fluids are highest value than that in case of rapeseed oil and coconut oil, that can be attributed to the relative low viscosities of rapeseed oil and coconut oil compared to castor oil.
