Thomas V. Maher is Assistant Professor, Clemson University, USA. His research focuses on the intersection between social movements, organizations, and political sociology. Eric W. Schoon is Associate Professor, The Ohio State University, USA. His recent work examines methodology as a form of social practice, exploring how social processes structure methodological choices and how methodology shapes theory. His research also explores cultural dimensions of contentious politics.
