In the teaching-learning process of the Spanish Language, there are insufficiencies in the treatment of oral expression by teachers caused by the little use of procedures, techniques and means to populate the mind with ideas in the treatment of oral expression. Based on the causes detected in the diagnosis, a methodological strategy was proposed for the treatment of oral expression, using methods from the theoretical level such as: analytical-synthetic, historical-logical, inductive-deductive, modeling and system approach. From the empirical level, methods and techniques such as: observation, interview, survey, pedagogical test, document analysis and scientific evaluation, in addition to the mathematical-statistical method. The scientific novelty lies in the elaboration of actions in correspondence with the methodological work for the treatment of oral expression, which includes different workshops and a consultation material containing a proposal of activities to develop oral expression, the evaluation showed that it is effective, since it allowed the preparation of teachers for the treatment of oral expression.
