One of the main problems in the field of Physical Education is the orientation of the teacher to disabilities, one of them being infantile paralysis, which should be considered within the curricula in Ecuador as a complementary subject due to the great demand for personnel to work and plan in a personalised, dynamic and developing way in each of the classes worked on, taking into consideration the principles of Physical Education adapted to regulate the process of application of methods and techniques, which lead to consolidate the laws that govern the teaching and learning process of such a sensitive population, which is why it is necessary to know the theory as a cognitive apparatus and the methodology as a methodological or instrumental apparatus.
