Hasan Kobilovich Umarov is an associate professor at Tashkent Transport State University. Graduated from the postgraduate program in 2015 at St. Petersburg State University of Railway Transport named after Emperor Alexander I.Kakharov Zaitzhan Vasidovich - Associate Professor of the Railway Engineering Department of Tashkent State Transport University.
