Currently, the need for clean drinking water in the country is increasing significantly. Because there is a shortage of clean drinking water in some regions of the country, which creates a number of problems in the provision of drinking water to the population. Today, in order to provide drinking water to areas with water shortages, the source of water is delivered through the main water supply network from areas that meet the drinking water level. In these areas, the water quality is mineralized, which leads to more complicated processes to bring the water to potable levels and results in higher water costs. We propose significant water savings by using a two-tiered water supply system to save drinking water in water scarce areas. In addition, the monograph presents the results and analysis of the use of cost-effective water treatment technologies.
