This monograph was created on the basis of academic experience in the following sequence, introduction and 15 topics in the main research findings, references. Land valuation data and land valuation in general play an important role in increasing the material interest of peasants in land use. However, practical recommendations have been developed on differentiating purchase prices for basic agricultural products, determining crop yields, practically by regions, taking into account the natural and economic conditions of some regions. But this is not enough, because sometimes even on the territory of one district such conditions may be different. In addition, it is advisable to determine the degree of use of agricultural land in a market economy and, on this basis, look for unused internal opportunities and use land valuation data to determine ways to use them in the future.This monograph was prepared as a result of the research carried out on the methods of normative evaluation ofagricultural lands and the methods of using the data of evaluation in the organization of agricultural lands.
