Adela de la Torre is a professor in the Department of Chicana and Chicano Studies and director of the Center for Transnational Health at the University of California, Davis. She is the author of Moving from the Margins and Speaking from the Body, both published by the University of Arizona Press. Antonio Estrada is a professor in the Department of Mexican American Studies at the University of Arizona. He is the author of "Mexican Americans and Historical Trauma Theory: A Theoretical Perspective" and "Epidemiology of HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and Tuberculosis among Minority Injecting Drug Users."
