Thomasina Miers is a cook, writer, presenter and the first winner of Masterchef UK. She is the co-founder of a UK-based Mexican chain restaurant, winner of numerous awards for its food and sustainability credentials. She helped set up Chefs in Schools, and was awarded an OBE in 2019 for her services to the food industry. Tommi has a regular column in the Guardian's Feast magazine and has written 8 cookbooks. Her ethos is that we can all look after ourselves and help shape a better planet by eating delicious, whole foods.
