Ana Francisca Vega soñaba de niña con ser campeona olímpica de cien metros planos, pero su curiosidad por la investigación y por contar historias la llevó a ser periodista y conductora de radio y televisión. Actualmente dirige el programa de radio En directo y en televisión conduce Las noticias de las 20:00 hrs y Fractal. Ha colaborado en diferentes medios nacionales e internacionales, fue subdirectora fundadora de Animal Político y es autora del libro ciudadanos.mx: Twitter y cambio político en México (2011). Es miembro del Consejo Directivo de la Comisión Mexicana de Defensa y Promoción de los Derechos Humanos A. C. y del Consejo Consultivo de la Unidad General de Igualdad de Género de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación. Le encantan los tacos al pastor, el tenis y la música de los Beatles. Ama estar con su familia --¡que incluye a cinco perros y dos gatos!-- y se declara una botánica frustrada. Ana Francisca Vega dreamed as a child of being an Olympic champion in one hundred meters, but her curiosity for research and storytelling led her to be a journalist and radio and television host. He currently directs the radio program En directo and on television he hosts Las noticias de las 20:00 hrs and Fractal. She has collaborated in different national and international media, she was founding deputy director of Animal Político and is the author of the book ciudadanos.mx: Twitter y cambio político en México (ciudadanos.mx: Twitter and Political Change in Mexico) (2011). She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Mexican Commission for the Defense and Promotion of Human Rights A.C. and of the Advisory Council of the General Unit for Gender Equality of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. He loves tacos al pastor, tennis, and Beatles music. She loves being with her family--which includes five dogs and two cats!--and declares herself a frustrated botanist.
